I am not sure what has happened to this company but I am literally DUMBFOUNDED by the customer service they are using now.
This comment is purely on the off chance that one of New Beauty’s employees is on here (as they sometimes are). (I’ve noticed this with other VIP boxes and I don’t think the last couple Test Tubes have had it either, whereas there used to be a little booklet.) I am probably WAY too jaded, but it seems like a great way to avoid issues if something is missing (and this has happened a couple times with New Beauty in the past).
that lists the items that are IN the box. I also do not like the fact that there is no card/brochure/etc. Again, I’m sure there are people that will love all of these things! I’m just not one of them. Also things I just won’t use – fake eyelashes, Its a 10 hair products, cosmetics in colors that don’t work for me. I’ve received a couple of these products in other boxes, yet another lip exfoliant, cosmetic colors that don’t work for me personally and so on. I know that there are always going to be hits and misses, and that everyone has different opinions/product wants & needs, but this just didn’t seem special to me and I won’t be ponying-up the premium price for future VIP boxes. I am underwhelmed, to say the least, and have been a huge New Beauty advocate for the several years I’ve received the Tube, the Special Edition and more recently the VIP boxes. I just received the June VIP box (on West Coast, almost 1-1/2 hours into Zoom, which is pretty unfortunate).

I felt very meh and disappointed last night when I opened it. I think I would have felt slightly more excited about the box if the booklet/ card was at my fingertips so that I could see product info and values. Mine was also missing the product info booklet/ card. It would be super helpful if MSA had a post for the June/ Summer 2021 VIP box (-_-)
